Hybrid Strategy
Bangkok Live is the same dual-sleeve strategy as the Bangkok paper bot, but running on a real-money Alpaca account funded with $10,000 (staggered across four deposits, May 26 - Jun 16 2026). Because it trades real capital, the curve reflects actual fills, slippage and execution (measured at a median of 0 bps). The equity line is deposit-adjusted into a time-weighted return so the staggered funding doesn't masquerade as performance, and it is annotated with every bug that hit the live account and the day each was fixed. The first five weeks carried live bugs that cost an estimated $600-$970; since the core fixes on 2026-07-01 the account has outperformed SPY, QQQ and Nasdaq.
What it does
Rotates weekly into top ETFs by momentum while simultaneously running swing trades on individual stocks funded by confirmed gains.
Best for
Investors who want momentum-driven ETF exposure layered with short-term stock swing trades for extra alpha, all managed from a single account.
What to expect
Real-money results on a small ($10K) account: fractional-share and $50-minimum effects are larger than the paper bots, and the curve carries dated markers for the early live bugs (now fixed) so the recovery is transparent.
Representative basket only. The live bot dynamically selects ETFs via A5+RS ranking each week and adds Kestrel swing trades funded from confirmed gains.
Compare with
Normalised to $10,000 start. Data from live Alpaca paper account — reflects real orders, real fills, and real risk management decisions.
Simulated using representative fixed weights — the live bot selects holdings dynamically, so actual results differ.
ETF Momentum
A rules-based sector rotation bot that applies an A5 momentum filter, ranks qualifying ETFs by relative strength vs SPY, and parks weak-signal capital in SGOV.
ML Aggressive
A machine-learning sector rotation bot that ranks a 14-ETF universe, holds the top 3 names, and stays effectively fully invested without regime scaling.
Bangkok
A hybrid bot combining weekly ETF momentum rotation with a Kestrel swing-trade stock sleeve, dynamically funded from confirmed paper gains.
ML Defensive
A machine-learning sector rotation bot that uses the same 14-ETF ranking engine as ML Aggressive but scales exposure with a continuous regime overlay and parks residual capital in SGOV.
